Clay Goldstein

Clay has been a certified fitness instructor since 1984 and has taught all level of aerobics as well as nutritional counseling. She has personally experienced all the positive changes yoga can produce in her own body, mind, and spirit which give her the first hand knowledge and practice to provide these tools to others through yoga. Clay teaches a traditional style of hatha yoga, with emphasis on breath, helping students not only to improve their strength, flexibility and balance, but to work their way into poses that maximize feeling while providing space for mental and emotional transformation
