About Margaret

    We all have an opportunity to change our consciousness and create our reality every single day. How can we enable ourselves to deliberately create our reality? First, we must shift our vibrational field. We can create circumstances to help shake up our energy so we can change. When we consciously create circumstances, we have a smoother, happier life.
    What are some of the ways to shift our vibration? There are a variety of ways to shift our vibration in order to be a vibrational match for what it is we want to create in our lives. Let me count the ways:

1. Clear out negative thoughts. Our biggest enemies are doubts, fears, and criticism. Every negative thought is a destroyer. We must pay attention to the negative self-talk and then immediately replace it with a positive thought. Observing our thoughts and bringing the attention back to deliberate creation of ones desires is a big key in this process. We must observe and monitor our thoughts.

2. Decide what you want to create and then think about what you want as often as possible. Get really clear on all the details. Write it down and list every detail associated with the creation of the reality you wish to bring to fruition. Make up index cards with key words or phrases that will bring your thoughts back to what you are manifesting and strategically place them around you in your life. Some places to put them are in your car, on your bathroom mirror, on your refrigerator, in your appointment book and on your nightstand so you may fall asleep with that thoughtform in your consciousness.

3. Take the time to daydream and imagine life with that manifestation already in existence. Can you imagine that new car, new home, enlightened balanced mind, healthy slim body, an abundance of money at your disposal or any future reality? If you can imagine it, dream it, visualize it and feel a strong desire for it, it will be yours! This is a fun and creative way to have a magical life.

4. Carry some gemstones or crystals in your pocket, purse or briefcase. You can even put them in your pillow case at night so they will work while sleeping. Crystals are tools for manifesting. Put your intention into the crystal or gemstone by looking at it and deciding that every time you touch it, look at it or think of it, it will help you refocus your thoughts on your intention and therefore bring you a step closer to the reality being created.

5. When we talk to Source about what we want to see, feel, be or create, it becomes manifest according to the Divine Plan. We may talk directly with God/Goddess or ask our Angels or Spiritual Guides to help. As we ask to be guided to be at the right place at the right time and then we follow that guidance we allow ourselves a charmed existence on this mystical, magical, marvelous planet Earth.

6. Attend a drumming circle or a crystal bowl session, preferably at The Crystal Garden, to shake up your molecular structure. Using intention while drumming or listening to or playing crystal bowls actually shifts vibration. Sound creates, transforms and transmutes energy. Just as one can use sound to clear a sacred space, so it is that sound brings forth manifestations. In the beginning there was the Word . . . Word is sound. Sound creates reality. When we truly recognize the power of the spoken word and sound with intention, we will consciously create reality quite quickly.

7. Take action in your life that is in alignment with making that desire a concrete reality. For example, if you want a new car, begin shopping for it in the car dealership or online even if you haven’t quite manifested the money yet. Want a new relationship? Let your friends know you want to start dating and to feel free to set you up on blind dates. Put your profiles on an online dating service. Need a new job? Create your resume and go on every job interview you can manifest. Want to become enlightened? Meditate everyday even if it is only for 5 minutes at a time.

8. Move into a space of allowing. We must be open enough to truly allow our creation to manifest. Opening the heart to the Divine is an important factor in manifesting and creating reality. Love is always the answer. Focus on love and all good things follow.

9. Maintain a sense of gratitude. Be thankful for the many blessings that you already have in your life. Find them in the ordinary simple things that we might take for granted. Let us take the time to be grateful for running water, flushing toilets, indoor plumbing, vehicle(s) to drive, gas for the vehicle(s), food to eat and an abundance of choices of foods to eat. The list gets longer and longer once we start thinking about and feeling the many blessings in our lives. Remember to give thanks for people, places and things as well as the reality that you are intentionally creating. Give thanks for the blessing in advance. And send blessings ahead to the new reality to meet you there in that not too distant future!

Here are some positive affirmations I picked up while at the I Can Do It! Hay House Conference this past April and throughout my life so far.

All is well. Life is good. The Universe waits in smiling
repose for us to understand its laws.

All obstacles now vanish from my pathway.

Every day something good is going to happen to me.

May we all remember and integrate the powers of magical manifestation that we possess. May we remember that we are creators of our reality. May we create our world of Love, Peace, Kindness and Compassion.
