Evolving Our Emotional Bodies

As life challenges and opportunities are presented to us, we have a multitude of possible and probable realities that could manifest in our lives. What truly determines the ‘outcome’ so to speak is the manner in which we act, react, think, believe and feel.
There are so many opinions and beliefs about how we ‘should’ show and express our emotions and feelings. I say that one shall not ‘should’ on thyself or others. The bottom line is that the way we feel is the way that we feel. And that’s that. I really don’t like when someone tells me or someone else that we shouldn’t feel this way or that way. How can someone else truly determine how another should feel, think or believe?
Seeing as there are so many opinions and beliefs about how we should show and express our emotions I want to add my opinion to the list. I believe that it is good to honor whatever is happening and observe oneself in the actions and reactions that those feelings create. If we want to continue to evolve all of our subtle bodies and fully awaken our spiritual consciousness, then it is beneficial to wake up to ourselves and try to observe our behavior towards ourselves and others. It is through this self-observation that we may evolve our emotional body and therefore, our spirits. This self-observation coupled with playfulness, kindness, compassion, thoughtfulness, quiet contemplation, meditation and positive thinking provides an avenue for betterment of all man and womankind.
I have observed that emotions are volatile now. There are many who are living in fear with many negative and worrisome thought forms going over and over and over in their heads. Many are actually feeling paranoid and depressed instead of feeling full of life, Love, joy and happiness. Believe it or not, these feelings and behaviors are valid in some ways, except in most cases the one who is paranoid or depressed doesn’t realize that it is self-imposed. Yes, I said, self-imposed! We create our own reality through our thoughts and beliefs. One way out of the fear, paranoia and depression is through self-love and prayer. Also one’s ego certainly needs to brought back into alignment. The ego is another article/story upon itself for some other day.
When life appears too dark and one just can’t get out of the doldrums, then it is time to seek help from a good friend, a spiritual counselor, a medicine man/woman or family. There are many tools like exercise, fresh air, sunshine, meditation, aromatherapy, herbs and flower essences that may assist as well. It’s a vulnerable time to feel the weight of depression and undefined emotions, yet is it a time of power and personal growth. Without doubt, the lessons learned during those darkest hours are the ones, which strengthen us and make us wiser. It is during this time that we evolve our emotional bodies and allow our spirit to evolve to higher realms of consciousness.
Seek the truth and love within your heart. Pray regularly for clarity and guidance from Great Spirit. Listen to the messages from nature and all life. Observe the signs and symbols, which are constantly being given. Know that all is well and it will be so.

Many Blessings and Much Love,

Margaret
