Giving ThanksLast November, I wrote an article entitled, “Gratitude, Gratitude, Gratitude.” It was the typical reminder as we approach Thanksgiving to be focused on all the good in our lives. And, once again the reminder is being presented to us all in this continuing cycle of life.
There are so many things for which to have gratitude. How many of our daily thoughts flow toward things we are grateful for in our lives? How many of our thoughts are focused on what we lack? How many thoughts do we have of which we aren’t even conscious? Through a little focus and intent, we can turn around our energy, our way of being and our thought forms into gratitude and abundance vs. lack and fear. This shift in thought alone can change our lives!
Since our previous perception of reality has been shattered due to the recent disaster, it provides us an opportunity to rebuild our perceptions. In the teachings of Don Juan as shared by Carlos Castenada, this disaster provides a national, if not global, shift in the assemblage point. This enables us to re-create reality and how we dream our world. There are many spiritual schools that teach that our life here on planet Earth is a dream. By shifting our awareness, observing ourselves and our focus on self-importance, we are better able to connect with what is the dream and what is our reality.
The number 11, as we are also in our 11th month of the year, in the wake of all the events of 9-11, has been predominant. An email has been circulating listing all the 11s that have shown up in this disaster.
As many of you know, 11:11 is the code for the opening of the gateway of consciousness within our DNA. It is the code that many of us have been seeing on our digital clocks, watches and more. (To read more about this see Solara's book, 11:11 . . . of course available at The Crystal Garden . . .jeez . . . another advertisement announcement jumped in there!) Many of us have done many ceremonies over the years to activate the doorway of Higher Consciousness into Light and Love on key dates such at 1-11-92 and 11-11-92. This activation of the 11:11 and any double number is actually a very positive thing, e.g. 77, 33, 44, etc. Again, this year, we have another opportunity with 11-11-01 approaching. The cosmic clues of all the 11s in association with the World Trade Center disaster, is not a coincidence!
I believe we must remember that before we can build a world of Love, Light, Peace, Happiness, Compassion, Joy, and Harmony, we must first clear out our personal negative thought forms. Collective consciousness (i.e. what we are thinking) manifests in the world around us. Therefore, let us remember to stay focused on thoughts of Love, Light and Well-Being. It is and will be very easy to get sucked into fear and terror. In those moments please try to remember to re-focus on Love and Light, even if it is simply just saying the words Love and Light to yourself over and over again to replace the negative thought forms. In those moments of fear and negative thoughts, call a friend who you know is positive or stop by The Crystal Garden to get pulled out of that negative thought. Changing our conscious and unconscious thoughts DOES make a difference.
The time has come. The wake up call has been given. We still have an opportunity to shift our awareness and WAKE UP! As we approach this time of Thanksgiving, one avenue for actualizing a world of Love, Light and Peace is through focus and intent. We can turn around our energy, our way of being and our thought forms into gratitude and abundance vs. lack and fear. This shift in thought alone can change our lives and our world, one person at a time.
