Focus on Love

During this holiday season, there will be many families who will be challenged with the grieving process as this will be the first holiday that their loved one will be missing from the festivities. That is, if they can find a way to have any festivities.

It is a great challenge to remember that those loved ones are happy in Heaven or the other side. Usually, the only thing that those of us left behind can focus on is how much we miss them. There are many phases to the process including denial, depression, overwhelming grief, anger and lack of enthusiasm for life. Sometimes they can’t even imagine how life can go on.

Yet life does go on. And it is our Divine Birthright to be happy, joyful, peaceful, prosperous and healthy. WE are Love. WE are Light. So, although it may take some time, we will return to our true nature as we allow ourselves or others to go through the process of healing through grieving the loss of a loved one.

I would like to recommend that we hold the vision of healing, happiness and peace for those who must deal with the challenge of grieving. Instead of saying or thinking, “Oh, poor Marie, she is so sad and she has so much responsibility now that her husband has been taken to the Heaven ,” replace it with a vision of Marie already healed from the tragedy and once again finding Joy, Peace, Love, Harmony, Happiness, Health and Prosperity for her and her family. In other words, FOCUS ON LOVE. Focus on the positive. Give thanks in advance for our many blessings and gifts.

Perhaps the greatest gift we can give this Holiday season, is to find a way to truly be ‘there’ for someone who is challenged by these tragedies and also other tragedies that may not be a result of the September 11th disaster. Now more than ever, the Higher Forces of Light are calling on humanity to become a Family of Light and Love. Now is the time to practice Random Acts of Kindness.

Let us make this Holiday Season more warm and loving than it has ever been before. Make the time to talk with someone about their loved one who has passed over. Do not be afraid to talk to them about it gently and with compassion. Remember to pick up the phone and invite them to eat with you or to take them out for a ride, to a movie, to a park or the ocean. Open your heart and have the courage to assist your friends, family and neighbors.

Focus on Love and Celebrate the Return of Light to our Planet.

Happy Holidays and Many Blessings to you and yours.
