Honoring Personal Truth
by Margaret Lembo

There are times in our lives when we realize that a situation or a way of being is no longer working for our highest good. The realization comes in various ways. When we observe our dreams, our thought patterns, our reactions to life’s events and our feelings, we can capture the realization and decide what action or non-action we will take.
It may take months for some of us to feel or think in a different way. Perhaps this is because we set something in motion over months and months, which creates a habit or groove. We get used to that habit or groove so it becomes comfortable and normal, at least, it appears comfortable and normal. This is often an illusion.
At some point, we move our energy in a different way. This movement of energy can be activated through exercise like Tai Chi, Chi Gong or weight training. It can happen by changing our routine in the case of what hours we work or taking a vacation to another part of the country or world. This movement of energy, however it is catalyzed, may bring clarity on how we are living our lives. If the clarity reveals that we are struggling through our life, whether it is within a job, a relationship, or any lie situation, it is then our time to move forward and change our lives. This illumination helps us move to re-create our reality into one of joy and happiness.
Both action and non-action are powerful ways of being. We are the only ones to decide what action or non-action is necessary to re-connect with our personal truth and how we choose to walk through life on this planet.

To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven: A time to be born a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to reap. A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up. A time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time of war and a time of peace. King Solomon
