10 Years and Still Growing

The Crystal Garden was "born" on February 13, 1989. It was a very humble beginning. We had one small showroom with about 12 books, 6 cassettes, country crafts on consignment from friends and family, 6 varieties of incense and a nice, yet small, selection of crystals. We now have 4 retail showrooms brimming with books, CDs, aromatherapy oils , jewelry, Native American-style art, blankets, windchimes, and unique gifts from all over the world. We have 2 classrooms, one of which is also licensed for massage therapy.
It was always a dream of mine to have a unique gift store, like the kind you would find in Soho, Provincetown, Coconut Grove or the Village. When the "Universe" decided I was complete with my 12 year Mortgage Banking career, I started this store with my former business partner, Carol Lonsdale. (Gratitude to her for having the courage to start this wonderful store and center with me!)
The Store has grown into a spiritual center. Over the years, we have had many excellent speakers, authors, Medicine Men and Spiritual Teachers who have shared their teachings with our clients.
In the early 90s, we had a beautiful community butterfly garden. It was beautiful because our clients were a vital part of the development and maintenance of it. We are striving to re-kindle this interest in gardening together once again.
As we approach the Millenium, it is more important than ever for us all to come together again as community. And what a better way to "practice" being together as we re-create a garden, growing food, flowers and LOVE!
I invite you to join us on February 13 to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary. We are offering lectures all day by practitioners who have been sharing their knowledge here. At noon, our popular Aura Imaging Photography will be available. It will be a fun and enlightening day!
